Time Clock for field teams
Mobile clock-in and clock-out with optional GPS + photo verification. Web admin sees who's on the clock right now.
The problem
Paper timesheets get lost, app-based punch-clocks need separate logins, and managers can't tell who actually showed up to a job.
How it works
- Step 01
Enable clock access
Owner or manager flips Time Clock access on a worker's profile.
- Step 02
Send the invite
Generate a per-worker link and share it — copy, WhatsApp, or email when it lands.
- Step 03
Worker activates
Worker opens the link on their phone, sets a password, and clocks in from the mobile app.
- Step 04
Admin sees activity
Web admin shows live in/out roster + last activity per worker.
What's included
GPS verification
Optional GPS capture at clock-in confirms the worker is on-site.
Photo verification
Selfie prompt on clock-in deters buddy-punching.
Per-worker access
Owner controls who can clock in, who can't, and revokes access in one click.
Live roster
See exactly who's on the clock right now, grouped by department.
Audit trail
Every clock event is timestamped + tied to the inviting admin.
Mobile-only punch
Clock buttons are intentionally mobile-only — no buddy punching from a shared workstation.
Why teams choose this
- Eliminate paper timesheets and weekly reconciliation.
- Trust the data — GPS + photo make timesheets defensible.
- Manage access centrally without sharing logins.
- Onboard new workers in minutes with an invite link.

Frequently asked
Can workers clock in from the web?
No. Clock in / out is mobile-only by design — it removes the buddy-punching vector and keeps location capture honest.
Is GPS mandatory?
No. GPS is opt-in per worker. Some orgs require it for billing defensibility; others leave it off.
What happens when I revoke a worker's access?
The invite link 404s immediately and the worker can no longer clock in from the mobile app.
Do workers need a BisHub login?
Yes — but the invite link walks them through password setup and account activation in two screens.
Can a manager edit a clock entry?
Yes. Manual adjustments are recorded with the manager's user ID + original value for audit.
Does it integrate with payroll?
Payroll integration ships later. Today, exports cover the gap.
