Frequently asked
How do I receive payments?
Commission is paid via Stripe Connect — direct deposit to a bank account, debit card, or other supported method. Set up payouts once in your partner dashboard and they run automatically afterward.
When are rewards paid?
Commission clears after a 30-day cooling-off window (to align with refund policies), then pays out on the first business day of each month.
How are referrals tracked?
Your unique referral link contains a partner ID. When someone signs up through it, the ID attaches to their account at creation time and stays through their subscription lifecycle. We do not rely on third-party cookies, so ad-blockers do not break attribution.
Do commissions expire?
Commission keeps paying for as long as the referred company maintains an active paid subscription. If they cancel or stop paying, the company drops out of your active count and commission stops on the last paid invoice.
Can I refer multiple businesses?
Yes. There is no cap on how many companies you can refer. Each active paid referral counts toward your tier — climb from Starter to Growth to Partner as your active count grows.
Can I see conversion statistics?
Yes. The partner dashboard shows clicks, signups, conversion rate, active paid referrals, current tier, commission earned, and a monthly trend — refreshed in near real time.
Do indirect or second-level referrals count?
No. Only direct referrals you bring in personally are eligible. Companies referred by your referrals do not chain back to you — each partner earns from their own direct network.
Can agencies participate?
Yes. Agencies, consultants, and resellers are welcome and often run the program at scale. Reach out via the partner dashboard if you expect to refer more than 25 companies per quarter — we will help you set up reporting.
Can commission tiers change over time?
We may adjust program terms (tier thresholds, commission percent, payout cadence). Any change is announced 60 days in advance and grandfathered for partners who already qualify at the current tier.

Anyone with a BisHub account in good standing. You do not need a paid plan to start referring — a free account is enough to get a partner link.
